A view from the KPMG Women's PGA Championship

This week, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship will include 99/100 players on the Official money list of the LPGA. The best 50 golfers will be this week, at the Westchester Country Club in Harrison. KPMG hosted a Women’s Leadership Summit at this club. Lynn Good (Duke Energy President and CEO) and Condoleezza Rice, secretary of State, were speakers for this famous event. The primary objective of the summit is to Inspire Greatness. This objective was born in a cooperation between LPGA, PGA of America and KPMGG. Lynne Doughtie, CEO elect of KPMG said that this is a very important day for all people at the KPMG Leadership Summit.

The sponsor, of this week’s Women’s PGA Championship is KPMG. Stacy Lewis (No. 3 ranked player) was affiliated with the KPMG. This made Lewis even busier, but she participated in the KPMG’s Women’s Leadership Summit, in the afternoon.

You probably remember that the winner of the last week Manulife LPGA Classic was Suzann Petersen. This was her 15th career victory. At the end of the season 2014, she started working with Butch Harmon, a coach. He was born at the New Rochelle and his father was a professional at Winged Foot. Petersen said that her coach grew near this place, so he knows a thing or two about the right game for this event.

For 19 straight weeks, Lydia Ko is the best. Many golf fans are asking is she going to win her first major at the Westchester Country Club. This week, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, will be 14th for Lydia Ko. We must watch her and see her result. She is very excited but also well prepared for the event.
