The youngest golf player who qualified for US Women’s Open

The eleven-year old Lucy Li was recorded as the youngest golf player who had the chance to qualify for the US Women’s open surpassing Lexi Thompson.

She won the sectional qualifier at Half Moon Bay in California. Although there are records of 10-years-old Beverly Klass who played in 1967, she wasn’t able to qualify. So this is a victorious situation for Lucy Li.
